We hit up Goblin Valley over Mother's Day weekend. We spent Friday night in Price and then drove down. As we were driving to Green River we noticed that Benson's face had swollen up big time--my first horrifying thought was that he had eaten something with peanuts and we might have to use the epi-pen but on further investigation we are pretty sure he had an allergic reaction to my parents freshly treated grass. We ate at Rays in Green River and then hiked Little Wildhorse Canyon and got out just before started pouring rain. After it died down, we went over and played in the goblins until the storm reappeared. It ended up raining all night so we couldn't do night games or have a fire--kind of a bummer, but we still had fun! Mother's Day breakfast was diet coke and poptarts on the way to church in Price--definitely one to remember!
