We went to Bear Lake on Monday August 4th, the first day and half of the week it was just our little family. Right after we got our tent set up it started pouring so we bagged our dinner plans and tried a new fire roasted pizza place and then out for raspberry shakes. Tuesday, we took the boat out for the morning and then headed back to the KOA because it was stormy. Luckily we were able to back out after it cleared up. Grandma and Grandpa King and Maren and Ava got there on Tuesday. We were glad they had a cabin at the KOA because there was another massive storm so we hung out in their little cabin and played games. We were getting shakes when part of the storm hit and we thought it would be a great idea to hang out in the covered wagon--turns out it was less effective because the canvas wasn't waterproof.
