K's elementary school had a fun run fundraiser last week where the kids ran laps around a track and then got donations. I personally HATE fundraisers, and would much rather just write the school a check, but Kennedy had fun running and the company that was in charge did make it really fun for the kids. K ran 37 laps in the 30 minutes and did a great job. She has such long legs and it's really fun to watch her fun because she kind of looks like she's gliding!!

So now do you get a vacation to recover from the vacation? Sounds like everyone had tons of fun!!
She is a cute runner! I know what you mean about it being easier to just write a check. Our school just did a read-a-thon. My mom was visiting and we were really trying to pack a lot into our days. It was hard to keep track of all the minutes they read and to encourage more than the usual 20 mins. a day. Oh well, we did our best and I wrote a check for a fixed amount rather than by the min. reading.
