Just a little update

We have been busy the last few weeks with life, school, etc, so here are some pics of the last little while at our house!
We are having a hard time believing that our little Addie is 9 months old. She is definitely our smallest at this age weighing in at 18 lbs 3 oz and 28 1/4 inches long. She LOVES to eat shoes--last week she tried to eat the Croc's of one of the boys in my primary class--while they were on his feet!! She also loves to clap, suck her thumb and roll. She is desperately trying to crawl, but hasn't quite gotten the moves down yet. She is still lovingly smothered on a daily basis and we just can't believe how fast she is growing!!

Kennedy and Spencer thought that trading pajamas tonight would be a great idea!

Yesterday Kennedy and I went on a mom/daughter date to see the Hannah Montana movie in 3D. And let me tell you it was the "Best of Both Worlds." Kennedy thought it was so great--I should hope so since the tickets were $15 a piece for a matinee movie!! But it was fun and we "rocked out the show!!"

We have had some strange weather this last week--rain, wind, warm days, cold days--it's crazy!! But yesterday we took the kids to a path to ride their bikes. They thought it was great since they don't get to ride them as much as they did in Arizona with all of the hills here. Addie thought riding on Chris's shoulders was great!

Kennedy lost tooth #4 yesterday. So far she has lost only bottom teeth. She also wrote a note to the tooth fairy asking if she could keep her tooth, and also if the tooth fairy would leave her a picture of herself. Apparently the tooth fairy left a picture for someone in her class at school. Needless to say the tooth fairy left a dollar and her tooth, but not a picture!!

Spencer's preschool had a circus day and he wanted to be a zebra. Duct tape has a million uses I tell you!! (I think my Grandpa King would agree--that and shoe goo!)

We miss that bike trail! Bri's missing her front 4 (top 2 and bottom 2) and eating is a chore:)

What is it with babies and shoes? Ally loves shoes too and is always unting shoelaces and chewing on them. The kids have to be super dilligent about putting shoes in the shoe basket or she's got them in her mouth. At least she leaves their bare feet alone!!!

I'm going to take a wild guess that it was Luke's Crocs that Addie was chewing on! I'm just glad that our recent church wardrobe "issues" have provided a good teething opportunity!
