Palisades State Park

We realized a few days before Memorial Day that Chris had it off--he usually doesn't so we didn't think to plan anything.  We looked online and found a cabin available at Palisades State Park down by Manti so we decided to go check it out!  It was so fun!  On the way down, we stopped at the Manti Temple so the kids could roll down the hill.

Palisades State Park was awesome!  The cabin was a great find--$40 for beds, heat, electricity, a fridge--my kind of camping!  We brought our little travel TV and the kids had fun watching movies on the bunk beds at night.  We hiked around the lake and up a little mountain.  The kids climbed trees.  We rented a canoe and a paddle boat--super fun memories.
