Last week the kids brought home pumpkins from school to decorate. We thought we were really creative with Spencer's angry bird pumpkin, but turns out an entire 6th grade class ALL made angry bird pumpkins. I guess that what's you get for following pop culture! He loved it though!
Kennedy was also extremely proud of her "nerd" pumpkin, and was very happy she was the only one who came up with that idea!
Today was also crazy hair day. A few years ago, I saw a friend draw a face on the back of her son's head, so we went with that idea for Spencer. His craziness helped him be one of the 2nd grade winners.
After multiple style attempts, Kennedy finally settled on wearing about 12 flowers in her hair. I had to laugh when I saw the picture because I think it kind of looks like a synchronized swimming cap or something!
