The last time we picked apples we lived in Arizona--when Chris was pretty much nonexistant in our daily family life (I still shudder a little bit thinking about that crazy time of life!). So this was a first for Chris and the younger 2 kiddos (I am sure Benson will forever remember this experience!). We will definitely to it again, and it made us excited for our apple trees in our backyard to start producing. Everybody LOVED it and we have been eating apples nonstop! Addie eats at LEAST 4 a day. No joke. Now I just need to figure out how to bottle apple pie filling before the rest of the apples go bad!
