5 Years Ago Today. . .

5 years ago today, our lives were blessed with our sweet little Spencer.

5 years ago today, we were blessed with the best brother who loves and idolizes Kennedy and loves his "Adds" more than life itself. Most mornings he can be found in their room, usually in Addie's crib.

5 years ago today we were blessed with a great little athlete who is always up for playing.

5 years ago today we were blessed an awesome dancer who does a sweet air guitar that everyone must see at least once in their life. Watch out Napoleon!

5 years ago today, we were blessed with an energetic little boy, who has a zest for life and rarely stops moving. But we were also blessed with a little boy who at night, when we finally slow him down and get him into bed, loves to be tucked in and get big hugs.

5 years ago today we were blessed with a tenderhearted little guy who occasionally will still climb up in our laps and ask to snuggle with us--pretty rare, because he is usually too busy, but we'll take what we can get.

5 years ago today we were blessed with the biggest sweet tooth--probably on the entire planet!

5 years ago today we were blessed with a smart little guy who is already a budding reader--self taught!!

5 years ago today we were blessed with a comedian, and I think our lives would be ridiculously boring without his crazy comments.

5 years ago today we were blessed with a little boy who loves riding his scooter, playing the wii, reading books with mom and dad, the color orange, playing baseball in the backyard, going to grandmas' houses, playing with cousins, webkinz, playing with his friends, cookies, popsicles, and gum.

5 years ago today we were blessed with a little boy who dislikes bedtime, going to church (we are working on that one!!), muddy feet (he told me this out of the blue today), carrots, pink cups, and running errands.

5 years ago today we were blessed to welcome the little boy we call Spencer, Spence, S-dog (his request), Spence-dog, Buddy and Bubba (well, Addie calls him that!) into our lives. We love this little guy so much and our lives are better because he is in it. He's one of a kind and we are so glad that he's ours.
